Born in Charleston, South Carolina where he still lives with his wife, Robert Jordan graduated from The Citadel, South Carolina's Military college, with a degree in physics. He served 2 tours in Vietnam & his hobbies include hunting, fishing, sailing, poker, chess, pool & pipe collecting.
